Ok, I changed the password for Admin and got back in. But the board still said that "I did not supply a password reset token" so that's on my list for phpBB then - find out what a "password reset token" is.

From what I have read some think it is a bug in the newest version of the PHPBB. Hopefully fixed in the next version as it doesn't seem to stop anyone from doing anything.
