Sticky is gone!

Post by Admin » Fri Sep 06, 2019 3:54 pm

Sorry to report that our little friend has crossed over the rainbrow bridge to Forever-land.

To say wee are in shock is an understatement.

We will make a special condolence or "hope and inspiration" card later this month. It will be based on last year's "mountain dog" poster and you'll be able to ask Sharon for one, or you can purchase them from Sticky's store at https://www.cafepress.ca/stickydoggy

The ones that are there now are blank (no inscription inside). We will inscribe some and custom inscription will be available soon.

Some updates on Thursday Sept. 19: almost two weeks after Sticky's passing. The posters came in and they are fabulous! No color retouching needed at all. The cards on the other hand were a bit dark (so they didn't match the posters; the posters were identical to what you see on your screen) and we're testing an inscription that mentions the "Little Laird" and his castle in Scotland.

Each card costs about $5.00 Cdn (if you only order one) plus about $5 for postage/shipping. So $10.00 or so in total which is very competitive with the retail price of your average "Hallmark" greeting card bought in a store.

We were thrilled with the quality of the posters. https://cafepress.com/stickydoggy

Christmas cards are now testing. There is a private one, intended to be for internal use only, and a generic, more public one.

Custom inscriptions are available of course.
